Pursuit OCR is Toronto’s largest indoor playground!
We are now accepting guests ages 15 years of age and older. All minors must attend with a Parent or Legal Guardian. Government issued ID is required for all adults to enter.
Each participant must complete a waiver for themselves and any minors in attendance for whom they are legal guardian. Please note this is an insurance mandated policy and we are unable to accept any guests under the age of 15 at any time regardless of ability or adult accompaniment.
The legal guardian must be in attendance with their minors for the duration of their session and actively monitor them throughout the activities.

Quick Start Ticket Guide:

Step 1. First fill out your own waiver at the waiver tab above (if you are booking for people other than yourself, they will also have to fill out their own waiver before they enter. You cannot fill out their waiver for them because it is a legal document, so please share the link to the waiver or our website!). Don’t worry if you’re purchasing for multiple people, your tickets will be booked under your name and theirs will be added on arrival. Attending Parent/Legal Guardian please choose the option “Adult and Minor(s)” when submitting information for your Minor(s).

Step 2. Once you have completed your waiver, read the rules below.

Step 3. Begin booking your session in the window to the right. Make sure you select carefully what is best for you and any guests you are booking for. Tickets are first come, first served based on our staffing, sanitisation needs, and the enjoyment of you and other guests in our facility.

Step 4. You’re all set! Make sure to read our FAQ before your arrival so you have the best visit possible!

Refund/Cancellation Policy

The Guest who has created a booking during our regularly available public sessions may reschedule their own appointments up to 72 hours in advance of their booked appointment date by going to the Manage This Purchase button found in their confirmation email. Please note that any changes to your booking are subject to availability. Within 72 hours of the booked event all bookings are final. Any decision to approve a credit or reschedule a booking is at the Manager’s discretion and depends on various factors/availability.

Partial or full refunds are at the discretion of the Manager and consideration is given only on requests made 72 hours or more prior to the booking date. Cancellations made within this 72-hour window may only be eligible for rescheduling. Please note that booking & processing fees are non refundable at any time. These are fees charged not by Pursuit OCR but by our processing company and are held by them. We do not have access to these fees to refund them to you nor the ability to give you funds we did not receive. This applies to all purchases regardless of proximity to the session time.
