This class is an intense and challenging workout, using pull-up bars, stall bars and your own body weight. The focus will be on pulling, pushing and lifting your body through exercises like the standard pull-up to more advanced movements like the human flag. Proper form and technique are key, and you will learn step by step the progressions to getting levers and flags. Whether your goal is increasing overall strength or to tone your physique, this class will get you there. Bar Fit is for all levels and will cater to each participant’s current strength/skill goals.
