Interested in getting to the top of the rope as quickly and efficiently as you can? This course will focus on rope climbing techniques that will help you get to the top and back down safely and easily. We will focus on conditioning that will strengthen your upper body, core and grip strength, so that you can work towards climbing leg-free. The class will cover various climbing methods, foot and hand placement, as well as how to rest on the rope. Whether you are looking to participate in an obstacle course race or simply want to strengthen your upper body and core, this course is suited to all levels of climbers.
